Data Controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), DTC Sağlık Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi ("Company") processes your personal data as the data controller for the purposes and legal grounds described below.

Personal Data Processed

• Identity: first and last name, title
• Contact: email, phone, organization
• Request content: messages and attached information
• Technical data: IP address, browser information, access logs

Purposes of Processing

• Evaluating and responding to requests, complaints and applications
• Introducing our products and services and managing quotation processes
• Fulfilling contractual obligations
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Managing communication and customer relationship processes

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with authorized public authorities for legal obligations and with our business partners, suppliers and service providers for contractual purposes under Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the periods prescribed by law and for as long as necessary for the processing purposes; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the KVKK.
